How to Use:

1. Fully charge the device before first use using the USB charging cable.
2. Press and hold the Power/Mode button for approximately 1.2 seconds to turn on the device. The device starts in Heat Mode (Red Indicator) at Level 1 by default.
3. Press the Power/Mode button to cycle through the massage modes:
   Heat Mode – Red indicator light
   Vibration Mode – Blue indicator light
   Microcurrent (Electrode) Mode – Green indicator light
4. Press the Intensity button to adjust the massage intensity. The device offers 10 adjustable intensity levels (0–9), and the selected level is displayed on the LCD screen.
5. Gently glide the massage head over the skin using slow, smooth strokes. Recommended areas include the head, neck & shoulders, back, chest, abdomen, arms, thighs, and legs.
6. Press and hold the Power/Mode button for approximately 1.2 seconds to switch off the device. The device will also automatically power off after 30 minutes of continuous use.
